Summary:
We all love zombies. Curious George, the talented writer and director named Romero, not the zany monkey, saw to that. I think of all the monsters of the screen and printed page, I like those foul, fetid creatures best. My only problem with them, however, is that I’m kinda tired of the ol’ hunger bit. You know, they come out of the ground and all they crave is brains, intestines, maybe some crunchy toenails and a goo-bursting eyeball, so flavourfully dee-licious? I don’t know about you, but if I’d been dead for a while and some weird burst of radiation reanimated my sorry old corpse, I’d be hungry, all right, but it certainly wouldn’t be for nourishment. So, Mr. Romero, here’s MY little homage to you, with a wink wink, nudge nudge… and some old fashioned, adult-oriented fun.
